118 Media is a creative and technology-driven agency based in Hanoi, Vietnam, working with clients worldwide. Over the years, we have collaborated with UN agencies (UN Women, ILO…), INGOs and NGOs such as World Vision, ChildFund, VVOB, Habitat, Oxfam, CARE, MAG, and SNV.

Our projects have spanned diverse themes including children’s wellbeing, gender equality, sustainable livelihoods, environment, healthcare, humanitarian aid, social development, and technology applications. With this experience, we deliver impactful media campaigns and digital solutions—combining creative production and storytelling with web, app, and UI/UX development to drive meaningful and lasting change.
